Algeria is opening a new chapter for upstream investment.
At the World Energy Summit 2026 in London, ALNAFT placed Algeria’s upstream investment proposition and the Algeria Bid Round 2026 at the heart of discussions with the international energy and investment community.
The Algeria Showcase opened with a strategic address by Mr. Abdelkader Cherfaoui, President of ALNAFT’s Management Committee, followed by a presentation on the Algeria Bid Round 2026 and investment opportunities in Algeria, and a panel discussion bringing together industry representatives.
Beyond the stage, engagement continued. ALNAFT held a series of meetings with international companies, major energy players and investors, creating direct opportunities to discuss Algeria’s mining domain, its upstream potential and the investment opportunities now available through the Algeria Bid Round 2026.
