From 15 to 24 June, ALNAFT, in collaboration with IAP – the Algerian Institute of Petroleum, successfully conducted an intensive field geology training program as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening technical expertise and investing in human capital.
Held across several geological sites east of the capital, the program enabled participants to translate theoretical knowledge into practical field experience. Through direct observation and geological interpretation, they gained a deeper understanding of the geological history and structural complexity of the Algerian basin
More than a technical training initiative, the program fostered knowledge sharing, strengthened collaboration among professionals, and reaffirmed ALNAFT’s commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence
By investing in hands-on training, ALNAFT continues to empower its workforce, enhance technical capabilities, and prepare its professionals to meet the evolving challenges of the energy sector.
