The Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energies, Mohamed Arkab, oversaw the installation ceremony of Samir Bekhti, as the new President of the National Agency for the Valorization of Hydrocarbon Resources “ALNAFT”, replacing Mourad Beldjehem.
The installation ceremony took place at the Agency’s headquarters, in the presence of the Secretary of State to the Minister of Energy, in charge of Mines, Karima Bakir Tafer, the Secretary of State to the Minister of Energy, in charge of Renewable Energies, Noureddine Yassaâ, and Ministry executives.
In a speech delivered on this occasion, Mr. Arkab explained that this appointment is part of the dynamic that the sector is experiencing, particularly in the field of hydrocarbons, hailing the central role of the “ALNAFT” Agency in developing national hydrocarbon resources, encouraging investment and promoting oil and gas mining activity.
